For Stem Cell Awareness Day, Project Life Movement donor, Ben Sheets, spoke with WCCB reporter, Chris Gilmore, about his life-saving stem cell donation. Ben signed up for the registry on campus at Queens University, where he is a student on the swim team. His stem cells were donated to a 70-year-old man battling leukemia.
